I have an S8 with usb-c. Can I not use the usb-c to usb adapter? I downloaded the app and when I opened it I connected the camera like it said and obviously with usb-c had to use the adapter and it doesn't see the camera at all. I have the newest Android version or close to it I'm assuming with an S8. Can you help please?

I'm having a similar problem. I have a BLU VIVO XL4, running Android 8.1. mine sees the camera but the picture is scrambled
