The Flint Hills International Children’s Festival is one of the largest children’s festivals of its kind in the nation and takes place in downtown Saint Paul on May 30-May 31, 2015. The festival features local, regional and international professional artists representing more than 25 countries on seven indoor and outdoor stages.
