Da Meme is a family-run restaurant and pizzeria. At the helm of this family are Enrico and Mara, a close-knit couple who are the restaurant's chef and maître d', respectively.

Enrico is a chef with 30 years of experience. In addition to extensive restaurant experience in Siena, he holds a seafood apprenticeship at the famous Patriarca restaurant in Viareggio, as well as extensive experience in restaurants in Italy and abroad. His experience as a chef, which ranges from Sienese cuisine to Tuscan meat and fish, as well as national and international dishes, allows him to continually renew the menu, combining traditional Tuscan cuisine with creative recipes revisited by combining local and national ingredients. Thanks to him, the menu changes frequently and is constantly enriched with new dishes.

Mara is the restaurant's backbone in terms of service and hospitality. Not only does she handle reservations and coordinate dining room service, but above all, she ensures a warm welcome for guests. This ensures everyone feels welcome upon arrival! Furthermore, Mara takes care of any problem or request in a matter of seconds. When you call to make a reservation, she'll be there for you!

Her two children, Mirco and Elisa, are the cornerstones of dining room service. They coordinate with Mara to offer the best possible service in terms of kindness and professionalism. They also manage the bar, preparing desserts and cocktails. Elisa is currently studying to become a sommelier and can recommend the best wine pairings as well as hosting small tastings.

In the kitchen, Filippo, the pizza chef, and Mario, the sous-chef, are key players in the preparation of all dishes. They have been trusted collaborators for many years.
