The D&O-app by Hendricks Rechtsanwälte has been developed for the target group of directors and officers, members of the supervisory board, and other personnel subject to manager liability. In the app’s unrestricted section, one can find, among other things, must-reads for managers. These provide essential, up-to-the-minute information (articles, video clips) on the topics of criminal, labor, and civil law. The information is updated in regular intervals. Enumerated under the tab “emergency checklist” are the vital steps one should adhere to in case of criminal prosecution.

Certain functions are password-protected and accessible exclusively to Hendricks’ clients. In case of emergency, Hendricks’ clients, by use of an emergency button, may be directly referred to a (criminal) defense lawyer from the Hendricks lawyers’ network. In addition, the application provides access to the entire Hendricks lawyers’ network from which clients can independently search for and contact counsel.
