Take one team of rookies and build an esports dynasty.

CS Teams is a tactical shooter management sim. You do not aim - you decide

who plays, what they practise, which map they prepare for, and when to sell

a star before his best years are behind him. Every week you plan, and every

Sunday the match plays out on the numbers you built.

BUILD A SQUAD

Five players, five roles: entry, sniper, lurker, support and in-game

leader. Every recruit has aim, game sense, clutch and communication, a

personality, an age and a ceiling you can never quite see. Scout him before

you sign him - a report takes real time and tells you what the market

sheet will not.

TRAIN, PREPARE, WIN

Drills raise skills. Map practice is permanent and per player, so preparing

for a map you meet in a fortnight is a real plan rather than a guess.

Stamina is finite, form comes and goes, and a tired roster loses matches a

fresh one wins.

THE ROOM IS THE PRICE

Recruit and sell in a live auction house. Bid what a player is worth to

you, watch a lot you cannot afford yet, and never pay more than one step

over the room. List your own men with a starting price and a buy-it-now,

then live with it - a listing runs to the end.

TEAM CHEMISTRY IS A STAT

Personalities clash. Friendships form duos who play better together.

Coherence measures whether five men have played enough matches side by

side to trust each other. Sign a great player into the wrong room and

watch the whole team drop.

CONTRACTS, WAGES AND MONEY

Weekly wages, contract lengths, transfer fees, sponsorships and prize

money. Careers age at five weeks a year and every player retires

eventually. Fame unlocks bigger events, better recruits and new parts of

the game.

EQUIPMENT THAT ARRIVES

Mouse, keyboard, computer, desk and chair, five tiers each. Order an

upgrade and it ships on the real clock - minutes at the bottom of the

ladder, a full day at the top.
