By using this android application, ASHAs will be creating every individual’s electronic health record, like a paper file/ record. ASHAs will enroll an individual, create a family folder, conduct CBAC assessment, assess risk symptoms & refer individuals, follow-up individuals for pending actions, mobilize individuals to go to ANM/higher facilities for screening/further procedures and tracking lost patients for follow ups. All the information entered by ASHAs can be viewed by the ANMs/doctors for further action.
