Cowbugs is a survival roguelike. Create countless powerful builds and destroy waves of Giant Bugs.

A multitude of characters, weapons, skins, and a secret dice minigame that can completely change the course of the game.

🎯 Unique Enemies Behaviour

- Laser Eyes — shoot laser from random rotating eyes; better stay close to them.

- Flying — when you see wings on an enemy, you better run.

- Dung Beetle — this little bug is really dangerous as it can move fast, but can be helpful with its ability to collect EXP candies.

- Worms — they can eat other bugs and expand in size; do not let them eat!

- Shooting — better stay far away from them and avoid getting hit.

💥 Upgrades

- Spiral — bullets move in a spiral around the player. Best if you love a build where you don't have to move at all. Easy against groups, but hard against bosses.

- Crits Explosion — crunchy deadly explosions.

- Fuel — enemies explode on death and ignite nearby enemies. You should use that to create powerful builds with Fire.

- Banjo — electric charges that jump from enemy to enemy. Satisfying.

- Broken Bottle — increase all sources of damage, but breaks when getting hit. Best if you are a skilled player.

- Split — double the shot bullets at once. Helpful against groups.

- Piercing — pierce through enemies.

- Black Hole — suck enemies inside, group them tightly together. Can be upgraded to Black Hole Explosion.

- Lucky Horseshoe — increase Luck. Random loves you. All failed chances have a chance to flip the coin again, as many times as the Luck you have.

🎲 Dice mini-game

Once you beat at least two levels, you can find the Dice mini-game. It shows up on the 11th character level-up. It's not well balanced right now, so you can break the game pretty easily. Throw dice, select an attribute, and watch how you now fire without cooldown, have bullets the size of a screen, or have no bullets at all, or a 10 sec cooldown. Try your Luck!
