Cours Statistiques

This course is an introduction to statistics for undergraduate students with no special scientific background.

Its main purpose is to provide the basic elements for understanding, interpreting and criticizing statistical information as disseminated by the media.

The emphasis is on practical use and not on mathematical rigor. The use of formulas is reduced to a minimum and these are simplified as much as possible without affecting the quality of the results.
