How It Works

1. Order your test: Choose your CoreVitals package and create your account. We’ll guide you through the process.

2. Book your blood draw: Schedule an appointment at one of our partner pharmacy locations through the app.

3. Get clinician-reviewed results: Your sample is analysed in a UKAS-accredited lab. Doctors and nutritionists review your data to generate a personalised report.

4. Track progress and take action: View your results in the CoreVitals app, track changes over time, and follow a tailored health plan. Your report will include guidance on foods to prioritise, foods to limit, and behaviour changes that can positively impact each biomarker.

5. Retest every six months: Reassess your biomarkers twice a year to stay on top of trends and fine-tune your long-term health strategy.
