Every single exercise on this app you have video walk through like I am standing right there next to you- so you know what to do and how to do it correctly. You have support from a doctor of physical therapy- we all have questions along the way. You are able to pick and modify your routine based on your fitness level: beginner, intermediate, advanced, postpartum, or pregnant- there is no such thing as a one size fits all. This experience is like no other and really teaches you about your body to see lifelong results in your physique, your mind, your happiness, and your health.
