The program has video classes in streaming format, lasting approximately 3 minutes each – different from those long and tiring training sessions.

In addition, this dynamic scenario encourages greater engagement among participants, building a gamified environment – ​​where game elements are brought to a different scenario. Thus, the task ceases to be a burden and becomes a pleasure.

These classes are grouped into modules, where all content is made available via a mobile application or web system, making it easy for you to reach them.

It is possible to define who will have access to the content and the frequency in which each video will be released.

After each video lesson, the collaborating student answers 3 objective questions, for greater guarantee of absorption of the content and ranking. That is, it is possible to monitor the performance of each participant and, at the end of each module or program, award employees with the most correct answers.
