Command

RedDev Command is a smartphone-based service for real-time display of position and attitude data for civil forces. Reference books and current news complete the app. To fully utilize this application a prior registration of the relevant application authority is necessary.

Basic knowledge

• Abbreviations: Abbreviations of Civil Protection, Fire Department, Swiss Army and International

• Terminology: glossary of terms from Civil Protection and Swiss Army

• Codes: International Alphabet, codes and flags from civil-military

• Switzerland: basic data, national anthem, the Federal Charter of 1291, the Federal Constitution and cantonal shield

News and Events

• News: News from security policy, Industry, Research and Army

• CYD: Daily international news, tips and behavioral survey on cyber defense

• Calendar: events and dates of VBS and of associations, clubs and societies

• Jobs: Job offers from associations, government, industry and associations

Professional services

• ABCDN: risks location dose, readings, training materials, documents and checklists

• Fire Department: regulations, hazard symbols, ABC folding card and a variety of graphics for training

Aid

• Emergency: emergency checklists, various emergency numbers, current location of own

• Addresses: All the important addresses of the VBS, the Swiss Army and the cantonal

• Shops: online stores to outfitters for blue light needed and Memorabilia

• CH Map: Map with Swiss coordinates, conversion and local and postcode search

• Command Client: Real-time display of position and attitude data

Note: Command can be run on demand with GPS in the background and then affects the battery life.
