Use the App to access the training program designed for you by out Gym Instructor to make positive lifestyle changes. Based on the assigned activities, you will be able to see ‘how to do’ videos to guide you through the workout.

You will be able to track your body measurements (weight, body fat, muscle mass), amount of calories burnt and more. Receive a weekly report over email to see your MOVEs and how more and more active you are every day.
