The single player campaign is immediately accessible once the tutorial have been completed. At stronghold level 2, you would be able to access this campaign. It is shown on the battle map as “Tracking Foreveil” - The Frozen North. Tapping on that button will take you to a subsection of the map showing all the battle nodes below:
