If you don't specify your separate PayPal account email, your primary email will be used as PayPal account email for withdrawing funds from your digital wallet.
If your PayPal account email is not already an account on PayPal, PayPal will inform you to create one associated with it for the first time you withdraw funds or you could go to www.paypal.com to create one on your own.
