You have between one minute and two and a half minutes to answer the random question that appears on the screen. the timer will indicate how you're doing and the color coding will let you know when it's time to wrap it up!
If you're an active member of toast masters or if you want to just learn to answer questions when you're put on the spot daily practice will give you the edge.
