Splashtop Add-on: Samsung

使用Knox支持打开Samsung设备的远程控制功能

**注意：此附加组件支持带有Knox 2.7.1及更高版本的三星设备。**

此附加组件可通过Splashtop SOS应用程序或Splashtop Streamer应用程序使用 Splashtop Rugged＆IoT Remote Support并使用正确的商业许可证远程控制Samsung设备。

在Splashtop SOS中使用此附加组件：

1.在您的移动设备上下载并启动Splashtop On-Demand Support（SOS）应用程序（https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.splashtop.sos）

2.按照SOS应用程序中的说明安装相应的附加组件

3.将会话ID分享给远程技术人员，他们将使用Splashtop Rugged＆IoT Remote Support帐户远程访问和控制设备

在Splashtop Streamer中使用此附加组件：

1.在您的设备上下载并启动Splashtop Streamer应用程序（从您的Splashtop Remote Support帐户创建和部署）

2.按照Streamer应用程序中的说明安装适当的附加组件

3.使用从Splashtop获得的Splashtop Rugged和IoT Remote Support产品远程访问和控制设备。
