* Fixed scoring for a 21 hand giving 1500 points instead of 1000

* New scoring logic (see Instructions screen for more details). In addition, passes remaining will give bonus scores.
* Score screen updated to show breakdown of bonus scores.
* Moved the done button so that it doesn't get pressed by accident.
* Graphics update to icon, background, buttons, and fonts.
