In this release, we've made some design changes to chat. We hope you're going to like it. If you run into some problems you can now let us know about them using the new bug report feature.

Other changes:
- The conversations list is now persistent so you don't have to see loading every time you open the app
- Our help bot will remind you to resolve your conversations after they're finished
