Search Office Space was established in 1993 as the UK’s first serviced office consultancy. Our aim is to consolidate the entire flexible office market into a single, convenient location, with free search and support services to save you both time and money.

Over the past 20 years, our reputation for customer service, impartiality and cost-effective solutions has helped our business to grow internationally, enabling us to assist some of the world’s biggest companies in relocating to flexible offices.

Our consultants will advise you on the locations and price structures best suited to you, arrange viewings on your behalf and – using our close industry ties – negotiate the best possible deal with the business centre of your choice.

Our resources

Search Office Space has over 30 consultants available worldwide. We work tirelessly to maintain individual client accounts, as well as administering our comprehensive portfolio of global business centres. Our corporate team consists of three senior consultants, as well as our CEO Richard Smith, who are dedicated to managing projects on behalf of larger corporations.

Our global portfolio includes over 12,000 business centres across all established and emerging markets, including everything from single occupancy private spaces, to multi-floor occupancy of skyscrapers and business campuses. Our portfolio has grown to include flexible offices of all denominations, such as: serviced offices, managed offices, shared offices, virtual offices, meeting rooms, conference space, light industrial units and data centres.
