"Record Form Notebook" is a data table and form manager for android.
With your android tablet or phone, you can:
-Build/drop table with 10 types of column.
-Supported column types are:
Text, Integer, Decimal, Date, TimeStamp, SmallInt, BigInt, BigDecimal, LongText, Blob
-Text column UTF-8 encoding supported.
-Blob field may contain any file data like picture, sound, document..
-Connect to SSql database,
-On your data table or form, you can insert/update/delete/show records,
-Data operation can be done by your form design.
Form supports these object types: Label, TextBox, DateBox, Popup, CheckBox, CalculatedField, Picture, Link, Button, TableList.
-Transition between forms is available.
-Export datas to HTML, Excel CSV or Text Tabbed formats,
-Import table records from CSV/TABBED TEXT formats.
-Special list report can be taken on export.
-Form record data can be exported as Text or Html.
-You can collect databases to jointly access on your home or business computer.
You can access this server from android mobile phone or tablet as client.
In order to connect the database server, you must install "SSql Database Server" named application to your other computer.
-You can synchronize the database between the local and server environments.
-Table columns and indexes can be altered.
-User and authorization management can be done on application.
-Sector based sample data tables can be choosen:
a) Service Sector Tables:
Customer,Product,Order,Person,Salary,Firm,Duty,Material,Service,ServiceDuty,ServiceMaterial,Inventory,InventoryCare.
b) Education Sector Tables:
Student,Teacher,Lesson,LessonGrade,LessonStudentExam,Person,Material,Inventory,InventoryCare.
c) Health Sector Tables:
Patient,Appointment,PatientInspect,Person,Inventory.
d) Agenda Tables:
Diary,IncomeExpense,Private.
e) Member Income Tables:
Revenue,Person,Salary,Inventory.
f) Count box tables:
Count product, material, candidate, party vote etc. whatever you want.

Version 2.01:
CountBox database has been added.
You can count party vote, candidate, product, material etc. whatever you want.
Follow this steps:
Enter "Data Form" from main screen.
Click top options menu and select "Sector/Data Tables".
Choose "CountBox".
On "Category Record" form: You can define new categories and update them.
On "Session Record" form: You can add/delete categories to session.
On "Session Categories Count" form: You can count the categories by clicking on them.
