Recipes can now be converted between US/Imperial and Metric.
Added bottom toolbar for easier switching between recipes, shopping lists and meal planner.
Pinned recipes now shown at top of home screen.
Increase recipe text size using pinch to zoom.
Recipe import updated to support more web sites.
