This app is for game developers and hobbyists. It lets you generate pixel art style 2d spaceships and space monsters. It can come handy if you are developing a shoot'em up game, and you need something better than programmer art.

Pixel art is getting more popular among indie developers as it is both easy to produce and invokes a strong sense of nostalgia. This application can generate an endless amount of spaceships and space monsters, so it is an ideal choice if you are making a space themed shoot'em up game, a tower defense, or really anything space themed pixel art game.

Generating spaceships is as simple as pushing a button. The basic spaceship layout is generated randomly. If you don't like that layout (too small or too big), just keep pushing the button until something better comes up. If you like the spaceships (or space monsters) layout but want to refine it more, use the "mutate" button instead.

Generated pixel art spaceships and space monsters are free to use in any commercial or non-commercial product.

Well, that is all. In the future versions I plan to add more tilesets, mostly a high-tech alien style one).
