Punjab Goods Transport Association, popularly known as PGTA, was formed in the year 2000 by Ch Zulifqar Ali, the leading goods transporter of that time. It emerged as a service provider of Cargo and Logistic for small businesses at Lahore, Pakistan. Innovative operational techniques enabled PGTA to enjoy almost immediate success and growth. PGTA have 8 branch offices in Pakistan. PGTA successfully solve transporter problems. PGTA believe that automation and I.T. development will be the integral part of Transporters in future.PGTA greatest asset has been their dedicated representatives of Association. The motivation, perseverance, loyalty and willingness of representatives to strive for excellence have made it possible for Pakistan Cargo to compete successfully in the global marketplace. Our teams are committed to make a difference and achieve excellence in solving problems that resulted in recognition of PGTA to enlist public in top Goods Transport Association of Punjab for the last fifteen years. Similarly, the PGTA group has deep roots spanning over 15 years in the logistics and Road cargo handling industry. We have grown from strength to strength to where it is today. Our passion is to be Pakistan’s leader in logistics and Road cargo handling. We are committed to continuously seek opportunities which will enable us to spread our wings further and undertake movement of cargo in the entire continents of the world. Ultimately, wherever there is a customer shipment, we at PGTA will have the right solutions. The PGTA story Ch Zulifqar Ali begins in 2000 in the city of transporters of Pakistan in Lahore.The objectives of our Punjab Goods Transport Association are to cultivate a cohesive spirit of unity among transport operators, to liaise with the government agencies in order to frame various policy matters, to maintain harmonious relationships with staff and labour unions among transporters, and to carry out welfare activities for the benefit of the transport community.
