With Palma, client users have one source to receive and view statuses of their services. Service status information will automatically be displayed on client user mobiles, and can be viewed anytime, anywhere. The Palma App becomes the Portal to client services on t he client user's mobile phones.

Palma enables Service Providers (SP) to define and manage statuses of all types of client services. Using the Palma Web Service, it providers an easy and intuitive interface for defining service steps for each type of service offered by Service Providers.

Then Service Providers initiate services for client users referencing their mobile phone numbers.
