NUMNY Agents is a framework to manage and track field workforces to enable on-demand and automated order deliveries.

Using the App, agents and sales reps will replay on the App to get the delivery information and to provide tracking information and order status.

This app allows agents and sales reps to:

• Get a full view of all their assigned tasks.

• View customer details and call/ message them if required.

• Get the directions and the optimized path to complete the order delivery.

• Complete the proof of delivery.

• Update customers on the status of the order delivery.
