The app “Namma MLA” facilitates people to complain or register about civic amenities, which will be monitored and resolved by relevant authorities in the office. This exclusive application impact the development of ward to progress better by working together.

The application furnishes to register grievances that is sorted to relevant category like electricity, roads, street lights etc. It also convey information about completed projects and ongoing projects of the ward, events taking place, ward information about list of hospitals, schools, fire station, police station, library etc. Option is given for people to contribute new ideas to improve constituency.

Why this App?

The application is built with the purpose of connecting with constituency members to address civic amenities and problems, thus improving the quality of Govindarajanagara/Vijaynagar community. The residents can not only improve living condition, however they can enjoy living. It helps citizens to monitor the status and progress of their complaints and get frequent updates of their constituency. Once the issue is addressed and solved, status changes to Resolved.
