The Moon Phase app calculates the phase and position of the moon for a given date. It was adapted from a BASIC program from the Astronomical Computing column of Sky & Telescope, April 1994.
This app will initialize itself to your phone day, month, and year. The day, month, and year can be changed using the 'Date' button.
Also, app show ecliptic latitude and longitude in degrees, the moon’s distance in Earth radii, age of moon and constellation of moon.
