Mobile Aircraft Encyclopedia allows users to view technical data of aicrafts as described in ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) Doc8643.
This is an educational and reference tool and is NOT intended for flight planning.

Permissions explained: (for the paranoic in you :-))
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE - Allows this application to view the state of all networks. Used to determine if there's a network connection.
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE - Allows this application to write to USB storage. Used to store aircraft data on local device.
INTERNET - Allows this application to create network sockets. Used to get files from remote servers.
