The Ministry of Industry Trade & Supply (MIT) in Jordan has accomplished 33 e-Services as part from e-transformation program that aims to

§ Promoting civil engagement by enabling the public to interact with government officials.

§ Simplifying and coordinating government services and increasing transparency.

§ Improve the quality, cost, accessibility, and speed of delivering services.

§ Reduce the number of paper transactions involved in government operations.

§ Reduce the time citizens spends on submitting or obtaining information from the government.

The goal of this App is to provide new offering channel for Smart e-Services meant to facilitate and streamline procedures and transactions to ensure prompt delivery as well as improve the level of services provided to investors, businessmen and other beneficiaries of the public. This app provides users with several vital services such as

Renewing and issuing importer cards

Renewing and issuing import/export licenses

Registration for online account.

Follow up and searching transactions

Issuing different certificates from industrial development

Approval Issuance for promotional campaign
