The mobile software application known as 'Medi-Chat', the use of which is licenced to you for installation on your Device subject to these Terms and Conditions, and that will allow you to connect with the Service Call Centre using the in App tools such as 'chat', 'voice note', 'voice call' and photo functions in order to obtain access to the Services;
