Lexicon is free with ads & easy to use Offline Wordnet & StarDict Dictionary Parser.

No dictionary files are included with LEXICON distribution, and must be downloaded separately. Search for DictData or StarDict dictionaries over the net and extract or install to \storage\dictdata folder. Open Setting Menu > Manage Dictionaries > Scan Dictionaries to re-index new dictionaries.
