Lexi was designed with the real world in mind. We were tired of these apps that try to allow you to gain 10000 friends and followers from all around the world. Communicate with those in your home town!

Lexi consists of three ranges to communicate within.

10 miles - If you are looking to communicate an event or just interested in what is going on around your town, cast out to this range. Be it a yard sale or just visiting a new city and looking for a great place to eat, you've come to the right place.

1 mile - Are you new to college or wondering what's going on downtown tonight? Well quit asking suburbia and just chat with those in your neighborhood. Whether it's asking for a jump for a dead battery or finding the hottest bar, you decide. The possibilities are endless!

500 ft - Time to get personal. Now we're talking to those who are within shouting distance. Leave tips at a local restaurant or find a team to join in on a game of trivia. Sometimes the virtual world can also just be an ice breaker, so start the conversation here before heading over to meet that special someone.

We definitely haven't thought of a sliver of the possible scenarios Lexicast could be used for, but we're excited to see where it goes from here. Now start casting to a range near you!
