The Konnektis Family App connects the network of formal and informal carers of older people receiving homecare, whether they are employed by a care provider, are family, friends, neighbours or volunteers.

The Family App allows you to easily integrate all elements of your loved one's care, eliminating the need for paper based notes, text messages and phone calls. In addition to a log of what happened at every appointment, you will be notified when appointments start and finish via push-up notifications, which will also alert you if there is anything urgent that you need to know about immediately.

The Family App can be used to enhance collaboration between the informal network that supports your loved one, or in conjunction with our care provider platform for truly integrated care, real-time information and better, more personal care for your loved one.
