Version 2.6 brings more options for teachers:

Filter bulletins in courses by current, scheduled or expired
Add new bulletin in a course, and include an image or resources from the course
Edit bulletins, including the schedule
Enable or disable comments on bulletins
Enable or disable notifications for comments on bulletins
