InstallBids

InstallBids is an invitation-only bid platform that connects certified vinyl graphics installers with commercial storefront installation work from national retail chains.

The app exists for one reason: so you hear about work the moment it's available, wherever you are. No inbox digging, no missed windows.

What you can do in the app

Get notified instantly. Push alerts when you're invited to bid, when your bid is confirmed, when you win, and when a document needs attention. Tap the alert and land straight on the job.

See the full scope before you commit. Every job lists locations, unit counts, dimensions, site photos, and timeline. You know exactly what you're walking into.

Name your own price. You set your bid — there's no haggling and no back-and-forth. Bidding is blind, so no installer ever sees another installer's number.

Revise before close. Change your bid any time before the deadline.

Track everything. See which bids are live, which closed, and where you stand — in one list.

Win and lock it in. Accept the award within 24 hours, then upload your COI, W-9, and subcontractor agreement so you're ready to start.

Why installers use it

No fees. We never take a commission or a cut of your bid.

Blind bidding. Your price stays confidential.

Clear scope. Site photos and requirement documents on every job.

Real work. Multi-location jobs from national retail and fuel chains, not one-off leads.

Locked pricing. The amount you bid is the amount you're awarded — no renegotiation after you win.

Built for the field

This is not a lead marketplace and it's not a job board. Jobs are matched to your certification and service area, and you're invited directly. You compete on price and quality of work, not on how fast you can chase a listing.

Who it's for

Certified vinyl graphics installation companies and independent installers doing commercial storefront, window, and wall graphics work across the United States.
