- Added context menu in New Game activity to delete and insert games in any order (just click and hold one of the existing game to bring the context menu up)
- First player is now automatically pre-selected based on the last end
- New End activity now shows game total

- Fixed problem with auto-completion not working
- Long click on player names in new game activity switches from 4 players to 2 and vice-versa
