-show version number of app on Main Menu screen
-made add account button larger
-fixed variouse dialoge base bugs
-added new logic to handle wrong authenticator
-added new logic to handle blocked emails
-allowed keyboard to auto show where it does not hide content on screen
-fixed big where in the send items list on the server the to,cc, bcc,, subject info was wrong
