The Apps provide Meditation & Prostation audio , setting goals, time & number of times , in order to guide the users to pratice meditation & prostration .

Apps needs to be set medation goals . Each meditation time will be recorded and gradually accumulated to reach the goal. While each meditaion and goal will be recorded , Apps users can systematically record their meditation process.
