IMPORTANT ! For phones from Android 8.0 and newer
Some phones need to be set up "Lock app in recently used apps" and turn off battery optimization for the Battery app.
1. Disable battery optimization for the Battery Alarm app
2. Lock app in recently used apps
3. Increase the media volume to suitable level
