Its an application tool using which user can view list of all the applications/apk's installed in their mobile. Also on longclicking on the item a menu will be popped up for the user with options launch/un-install, based on the user's interest, can either launch or un-install the application.

Using this application they can know the installed applications, also on long clicking on the app they can either launch or uninstall the app.
