There are various kinds of martial arts and one of them is aikido where aikido is known as a martial art that combines harmony between body and mind with natural law. This martial art which originated from Japan is the result of modernization and manifestation of Japanese thought which is still blanketed with traditional Japanese culture.

While other martial arts generally focus primarily on speed and physical strength during training. The preferred technique in this martial sport is the technique of throwing (similar to kickback), locking, and dodging. And precisely kicks and punches are techniques that are quite rarely used or even eliminated in the aikido colleges.
