This app helps you to track your addiction relapses daily. You can keep note of the triggers that caused you to fail and your experience every day. You can find out the triggers that cause the most trouble.

Here are some of the other features of this app:

* You can associate one or more triggers with a relapse. You can visualize the number of relapses caused by each trigger.

* Find out the number of addiction free days per week, per month and the total number of relapse-free days.

* Although you are encouraged to enter status daily, you can set the automatic entry of status.

* View your past recovery history and the notes you entered.

* Visualize the clean days for past 10 weeks.

* If you miss to enter status for a few days, you can enter the status for those missing days.
