Chief Minister Morning Breakfast is a flagship scheme by the Government of Tamilnadu to address the prevailing malnourishment in the student studying class 1-5 across the state. Starting as a pilot in 11 districts and 4 zones in Chennai, the scheme will scale in future to entire state based on the outcome of the pilot.

This Mobile application is developed for managing and monitoring the Breakfast scheme starting for the Government school students. Students who enrolled in the schools they may avail the breakfast. One Module for the Corporations, Municipalities and Government Schools, which have their common centralised kitchen in their respective areas. Second module in village, the schools may be having an kitchen through their own campus.

To ensure the timely management for cooking process till packaging of foods the process time to be entered in the app for monitoring. For delivery, GPS enabled vehicle transmission is available and the coordinates to be streamed to the Database and made available in Dashboard.
