These encrypted messages are fragmented and sent to the server as innocent looking web site accesses. The server stores the messages securely and, when retrieved, returns them as simple web site responses. There are NO text message or e-mail traceable transfers. Posted messages remain until retrieved by your contact. After which they are permanently removed from the server.
The encryption utilizes a public and private key pair. Only your public key is placed on the server during registration. Contacts send you encrypted messages using your public key. Only your private key can decrypt the message. The private key is stored securely on your device. All messages are digitally signed which verifies the contact was the creator of the message.
All conversation histories are encrypted on the device.
