Introducing the new app for Birmingham City Council; Children's Services Connect. Children’s Services Connect (CSC) is a mobile app that has been designed in partnership with HCL Social Care for Birmingham City Council Children’s services, and is a first of its kind within any local authority in the UK.
The app allows social care workers to:
- Post comments and pictures in your community within the council
- Keep up to date with upcoming council events
- Access a Library of documents essential to your work within the service
- Gives you access to the council noticeboard
- Gives you access to all your social media sites in one space
- Has a video zone allowing for interaction and messages from the service
- Access to blogs written by the council
