Centivo Virtual Primary Care is a free and convenient care option that allows patients to visit with a primary care doctor from the comfort of their own home – by phone or computer.

With Centivo Virtual Primary Care, each member will have a Primary Care Team to administer preventive, acute and ongoing chronic care, refer and coordinate in-network specialist care, order imaging and laboratory study orders, fill prescriptions and provide patient counseling and education.

Centivo Virtual Primary Care is an easy-to-use option for all covered family members who are 18 years or older.2
