- VIRTUAL TELEMEDICINE VISITS: Our providers are available to discuss your health concerns over phone or video chat

Patients can schedule a telemedicine or in-home visit with a highly-vetted, board-certified and licensed provider. Note that CenterWell Primary Care Anywhere does not treat emergencies.

Pricing and Insurance:

CenterWell Primary Care Anywhere is in-network with Original Medicare and most major Medicare Advantage plans, please visit centerwellprimarycareanywhere.com for a full list of insurance partners.

House calls are covered by most insurance plans and the copay is typically the same as an office visit to a primary care provider.

Telemedicine calls are covered by most insurance plans at no cost or a very low co-pay. You would just pay your applicable co-pay.
