Each form can be converted into a QR code so any person (contractor, vendor) etc can fill out your forms without the need for user access. All external information is tracked for each client and all external partners receive an email with copies for their records.

An online file cabinet allows companies to eliminate the need for the three ringed binders. Companies create company specific folders for anything from Safety Data Sheets, Insurance Certificates, Plans, Specs etc and then view those files from any mobile device. These files can also be sent via bluetooth from the field to partner’s devices.
