To promote employee wellness, the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is proud to introduce a comprehensive, free and confidential Wellness app created specifically to address the mental and physical wellness needs of those who work in a public safety environment.

CAL FIRE Wellness app is voluntary and provides confidential instant access to first responder wellness tools and resources for all CAL FIRE employees, families, and retirees. The wellness app provides users free 24/7 access to information and resources regarding a full range of wellness tools, programs and services including Behavioral Health and Wellness Tools, Mindfulness, Stress Management, and much more.
